Working Location: Shenzhen Futian Free trade Zone
Position Accountabilities:
1. Follow up the routing order
2. To communicate with shipper / vendor / overseas offices for all daily operations process.
3. Close all files promptly to meet the monthly closing of accounts.
4. Prepare the sailing schedule on time.
Relevant Education Background, Hard Skill, Knowledge and Experience:
1. College graduated or above
2. 2 years or above relevant experience in sea freight forwarding co.
3. Able to handle I/E docs, operation, consolidation
4. Good command of both spoken and written in English, English CET 4 or above.
