DB Schenker was4>职位描述: Specific Accountabilities: 1.Monitor the junior & senior staffs and upgrade their efficiency. 2.Full compliance to SOP & customers requirement. 3.Maintain the service level and keep the operational mistake to minimum 4.Daily contact with key customers 5.Communicate and liaise with overseas offices/shippers for all daily bookings, and also ocean freight export matters 6.Monitor and ensure all the jobs files are closed properly on time to meet the accounting cut off schedule for the departmental performance report. 7.Properly handle the complaints with pro-active manner and escalate through the correct channel, if necessary. Experience and Qualifications: 1.Strong PC skills, MS Excel, word etc. 2.Good command of spoken/written English and Cantonese an advantage 3.Hard working and ability to work under pressure, OT required 4.Good phone manner, person to person relationship 5.University degree or above. 6.At least 3 years solid experience working in freight forwarder sea freight operation field
