Handling of routine Chinese crew matters of the group, including gathering information on any regulation changes , crew wages etc . 3. Submitting regular reports to the Group Dir HR Marine and implementing any instructions given.. 4. Coordination and communication with various Chinese manning agents for recruitment in compliance with the requirements of SDCs 5. Coordinating and planning the manning requirements of ships, manpower planning, and forecast in coordination with SDCs. 6. Maintaining an d Chinese crew list and an d database for Chinese crew pool 7. Monitoring the performance appraisal are done in time for Chinese seafarers and recorded in shipmate 8. Maintaining close public relations with floating staff and manning agents. 9. Ensuring that crew personnel files are timely d in the shipmate and verifying certificate status of crew as per vessel requirements. 10. Ensuring that identified crew on vacation are attending any courses / seminars arranged by the training team.
