Founded in 1882, Matson Navigation Company is one of the leading U.S.ocean shipping carriers. Matson is the first company providing transPacific container liner service in 1967. Matson is a NYSE-listed public company (NYSE: MATX). The company is headquartered in Honolulu and also has offices in over 20 major cities in the US.
In February 2006, Matson launched a new weekly liner service from Los Angeles/Long Beach, California, to Ningbo and Shanghai, using five 2600-TEU containerships. In May 2009, we introduced Xiamen port to our CLX service scope. The company has offices in Shanghai, Ningbo and Xiamen. In China, the company pioneered the concept and accomplished the goal of 12-day availability from Shanghai to Los Angeles/Long Beach.
In June 2009, Matson Logistics (Shanghai) Co., Ltd was founded. By this way, Matson can provide logistics service to the customers. We provide the customers with the modern Logistics, TPL and Logistics Supply Chain services. We can freely skip to any sector as per the customers’ instruction and plan the logistics project customized for our customers.

职位描述:
Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for day-to-day data entry into various operating systems
- Support to OP team for kinds of documentation matter including but not limited to BL draft & finalization / AMS or ISF filing / Invoicing etc.
- Fully comply with the company Internal operation standards / customer SOP & requirements
- Deliver defect free data quality / documentation quality
- Ensure our systems related tasks are fully updated within the required deadlines
- Timely communicate and maintain good relations with all business parties
- Proactively work to reduce risk and potential claims
- Ensure proper and timely follow-up in case of irregularities
- Report adequately, regularly and proactively on performance and developments
- Support and take initiatives to drive any process / system development
- Accept ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned by The Company

The staff will be measured as per regular performance appraisal, including

- Knowledge or Technical competence
- Initiative and Resourcefulness

- Corporate compliance and Matson value

Requirements
- Education: college degree; major in computer is preferred
- Experience: junior documentation experience
- Computer skills: proficient Microsoft office skills
- English competence: fluent spoken and written English skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills etc
