Founded in 1882, Matson Navigation Company is4>职位描述: 美森物流（上海）有限公司 Responsibilities: Generally, - Be responsible for the day to day work within the team and ensure timely and proactive communication with customers and other related parties. - Fully comply with the company Internal Operation Standards / customer requirements & SOP. - Ensure our systems related tasks are fully d within the required deadlines at all time and are reflecting the real time data, deliver defect free data quality. - Ensure all freighting on our documents / systems are in accordance to our tariff and no deviation allowed without prior approval your Manager. - Ensure payment must be collected vendors or party responsible for payment(s) before the release of our documents. - Ensure all documents were registered properly in order to have the documents tracked. - Ensure proper and timely follow-up in case of irregularities. - Report adequately, regularly and proactively on performance and developments. - Support and take initiatives to drive any process / system development. - Accept ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned by The Company. Specially, - Perform order management as per PO cycle designed by customer through log- and report with any discrepancy - Perform vendor management and ensure their local operational compliance - Coordinate with the nominated carriers as per customer allocation instruction Requirements: - Education: bachelor degree or above. - Experience: solid knowledge & working experience related to forwarding/logistics/transportation or foreign trade industry, preferably with 3 years or above, have working experience on buyer consolidation and supply chain management will be preferred. - Computer skills: proficient Microsoft office skills. - English competence: fluent spoken and written English skills. - Good communication and interpersonal skills etc..
