卡特彼勒船用柴油机贸易（上海）有限公司（CMTS）成立于2004年11月，并正式成为卡特彼勒全球船舶动力系统组织的一员。CMTS主要负责在中国市场销售卡特彼勒马克（MaK）发动机，同时也向中国所有的马克发动机用户提供产品支持服务。 应聘该职位 其它职位 更多招聘信息 岗位类别：船体结构主管/建造/工程师 工作地区：上海市 行业：年龄要求：18-45岁学历：本科招聘人数：1名工作经验：不限职位描述: This position reports to the Marine & Petroleum Compliance Manager and will be responsible for coordinating the division’s Third Party Intermediaries (TPI) Risk Management process, procedures and controls and effectively communicating the TPI Risk Management program and framework requirements in accordance to corporate and divisional expectations. Overall, he/she will also be responsible for developing and improving procedures, templates, standards and tools to the various Business Units for managing risk management in conjunction with the corporate requirements. The position plays a key integration and support role at the division level with third party risk management and interfaces regularly with TPI’s, Business Unit personell, and subject matter experts worldwide. Responsibilities: · Serve as the primary point of contact for all TPI-related activities division-wide (globally) · Implementing the corporate TPI Risk Management procedure and framework in way that brings transparency to the risk exposure of third parties and adds value to operations of the business and in assessing risks of new strategic initiatives · Management of the pre-screening process of prospective new TPI’s · Management of the division’s TPI database · Implementing best practices and continuous improvement opportunities identified in the Business Units and with Risk Owners · Build relationships across business lines to identify innovative approaches to address TPI management issues and needed program enhancements · Assist in and provide requirements into communication and training needs around TPI Management Qualification Profile: · Bachelors degree – Supply Chain Management, Project Management or related field is desirable · Risk management, change management and process management experience · Experience working with and building relationships with both internal and external customers · Working knowledge of MS Office · Excellent communication skills both written and verballyFluent English
