Responsibilities: 1、 Exhibitions and events: Actively supports the showroom set up process as well as the organisation of exhibitions and customer events 2、Assistant tasks: Responsible for reviewing the email-account info@viessmann.cn and forwarding enquiries to the relevant contact person, translation work (German- Chinese), carrying out and following up meeting minutes 3、Print Media: Responsible for the continuous of our companies business cards, brochures, flyer and other printed business material 4、Maintaining contact to external service providers Requirements: 1、Graduate degree: Bachelor, preferable in marketing 2、Professional work experience, at least 2-3 years in marketing 3、Logical and analytical skills 4、Very good communication skills 5、Customer orientation 6、Able to work under pressure 7、Language skills: Chinese native speaker, German 8、IT skills: Very good MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), work experience with CRM and Content management systems are beneficial
