达飞轮船（中国）有限公司 法国达飞海运集团是在集装箱运输服务领域内处于地位的跨国公司，其在华独资子公司达飞轮船（中国）有限公司在上海及全国已设立多家分支机构。我们向客户提供优质上乘的集装箱运输服务， 航线涉及欧洲、美洲、亚洲及中东等各地区。 现因业务发展迅速,公开招聘所述人员。 应聘该职位 其它职位 更多招聘信息 岗位类别：船体结构主管/建造/工程师 工作地区：上海市 行业：年龄要求：18-45岁学历：本科招聘人数：1名工作经验：不限职位描述: Job Resposibilities: - understanding of the different processes as contract filing, booking and documentation - assist and engage into process improvement for invoicing related activities - invoice dispute resolution, root cause analysis and correction - schedule weekly account payable according to payment term - respond to vendor inquiries and correspondence,vendor account reconciliation and resolve discrepancies - assist in finishing month end closing, perform monthly close activies and related account reconciliations, prepare monthly AP reporting - support of year end procedure and all related activities during the year - liaison with external and internal auditors - other assignments as necessary Job Requirements: - university graduate with major in Accounting and/or Finance - fluent english in both written and spoken - proficiency in major computer software, expecially on Excel formula - good communication skill, and great team work spirit - able to work under pressure, positive attitude and self-motivated - constant care on data quality - solid background in finance and accounting area especially in cost control, ERP system experience is a plus
