College degree or above, and major in mold /mechanism or related; 2. Above eight years experience in related field, above three years experience in management; 3. Take plenty resources of the customers in automotive or related industry. Obtain the knowledge of automotive products and technology. Be familiar with the automotive market; 4. Familiar with the exploitation and the management of the key accounts, skillful in the establishment of the relations of the customers and the maintenance with them, has experience of the consultative sales and project operations; 5. Good market judgment and exploitation ability with good negotiation ability; 6. Good communication and analysis skills; 7. Excellent English, especially spoken and written abilities; 8. Honest , sincere, mature, wise and confident; 9. High passion for work, good team spirit; 10. Good appearance and mettle, good- educated and easy to get along with. Responsibilities 1. Design and execute market plan for assigned products to develop the sales and work in related channel; 2. Implement sales target. Collect and analyze market information; 3. Provide technical support to customer; 4. Explore and foster new customers; Maintain existing customers by regular visits and activities; 5.
