Industrial Scientific China is a wholly owned subsidiary of Industrial Scientific Corporation,4>职位描述: Job Purpose: Lead the overall PCBA production line for ISC Shanghai, including the production, quality, PCBA supply, manufacturing engineering and new product introduction. Drive the real time end-to-end supply commitment and continuous improvement for PCBA, and -long term PCBA manufacturing strategy for ISC AP by working together with ISC global Operations team. Main Responsibilities: 1. Lead Manufacturing Engineering work - Development of Manufacturing Engineering personnel in ways that contribute to individual and team growth. - Lead the evaluation and procurement of equipment with emphasis on cost justification and mistake-proofing. 2. Manage Daily production team work and improvement work -Commit the output to meet the production plan with good quality. Manage continuous improvement projects using the latest best practices including Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and 8D analysis, etc. - Provide insights and guidance to all departments on the best methods to manufacture parts to achieve high quality at the lowest cost. 3. NPI and support NPD program -Integrate Manufacturing Engineering with Operational Excellence, Production Planning, Supervision, Supply Chain and Production to maximize improvement opportunities. -Lead all manufacturing activities related to new product development using best practices including Design for Six Sigma. 4. Drive the overall PCBA manufacturing strategy for ISCAP. Requirements: - 10 years related experience, familiar with Manufacturing process for electronic equipment production, such as molding, machining, stamping, forming, casting, turning, PCB and ultra-sonic welding. - B.S. Degree in Engineering or equivalent, Master’s Degree is preferred. - Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt. Lean Manufacturing expertise is required. - Program management skill - Strong leadership skills and problem-solving skills - Fluent English in both written and spoken - Good communication and interpersonal skills
