We would continue performing our best to truly understand our customers’ needs and act4>职位描述: Position Summary: Provide all pre-sales and post-sales technical services to customers and sales related to application, operation, and maintenance of Swagelok product. Specialize and have adequate knowledge on specified product, market and/ or industry. Ability to draft pre-launched new and commercialized product plans. Contribute to performance metrics by increasing by new and commercialized product sales. Work and perform tasks with minimal supervision. May provide training and lead junior technical service specialist. Key Responsibilities: ? Provide technical support for sales, customers and other departments. May also accompany sales during service visits. ? Study technical manuals and brochures to determine product needs or system enhancements. ? Contact factory in USA for special product information, ETOP requests and other technical issues as needed. ? Maintain up-to-date records of required technical material, sample bags, spare parts, and catalogues. ? Arrange and provide technical training for inner staff and customers. ? Conduct technical seminars and attend marketing activities. ? Coordinate product return, evaluation and investigation. ? Specialize and have adequate knowledge on specified product, market and/ or industry. ? Conduct the product marketing & application training,including the marketing information application skill,successful case and so on. ? Ability to draft pre-launched plan for new and commercialized product. Contribute to performance metrics by increasing new and commercialized product sales. ? Other assignment arranged by supervisor and manager. Perform tasks with minimal supervision. ? May provide training and lead junior technical service specialist. Position Requirements: Education: Bachelor or Master degree in engineering or industry related plus appropriate continuous training. Instrumentation or equivalent skills and experience are preferred. Experience: 7+ years of engineering experience in process and analytic related field. Hands-on experience with a variety of fluid system components is preferred. Skills/Knowledge: ? Applies proven technology independently ? Excellent time management skills ? Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office, ? Strong written and oral English communication skills Scope of position: May require domestic travel with salesman to visit customers.
