Routing tasks 1) Confirm the booking with overseas agent upon getting the booking supplier. 与海外代理商确认订单信息 2) Clarify the space with carrier and reserve the allocation. 与货运商确认场地 3) Arrange tracking/stuffing/customs declaration according to request SOP. 根据SOP安排追踪，报关单等 4) EDI according to SOP/timely. 根据SOP及时更新EDI系统 5) Issues the invoice in EDI. 通过EDI出发票 6) Pre-alert to overseas. 发预报给海外 B. Actively handle the claim & exceptions. C. Back up to team member’s absence according to manager’s back up plan. D. Promote value add service to responsible clients. E. Other routing task according to supervisor’s guideline. F. Positively cooperate with other internal department, FIN, DOC, SAL Dept. G. Dedicated carrier space coordination.
