Handle day-to-day shipment arrangement and documentation collection, preparation and distribution by following company standard operation procedures 2. Coordinate with shippers, consignees, carriers and other service providers to ensure smooth cargo movement and payment settlement3. Input data into system timely and accurately4. Verify the correctness of documents provided by shippers, carriers and other service providers5. Prepare shipping documents as required6 Other ad-hoc projects and tasks assigned by the company Requirements1. College degree or above, CET-42. 1-year related working experience3. Familiar with Microsoft Office software4. Good communication & interpersonal skills5. Detail orientated and fast learner6. Good sense of service and team player
