Requirement: 1. Male or female. Bachelor degree or above; English CET-6 level or above, proficiency in English listening, speaking, reading and writing. 2, More than five years sea freight export nomination cargo experience; at least 2 years working experience in operations management. 3 International freight forwarding and consolidation box experience, good relationship and dealing skills with carriers. 4, According to operations department specific work, assign reasonable workload to each operations & documentations colleagues, and monitor them. 5, Familiar the computer system of operations, training the new colleagues. 6, Dealing with customers and foreign companies for emergency matter and complaints. 7. Manage the sea freight operations team about 8 colleagues.
