Liaise with customer for arrangement of pick up and delivery domestic shpts. ? Monitor shpt status in transit, and shpt status report to customer as required.? Emergency and irregular case handling.? E2K shpt entry, status , and billing preparation. ? Monthly volume report .? Monthly performance report .? Operation handbook setup and maintenance. EDUCATION/WORK EXPERIENCE? Above Academy education background in logistics or related discipline ? More than two years experience in forwarding/domestic transportation industry is preferred? Good English skills in both written and spoken, CET-4 or above is preferred? Confident, trustworthy, customer-oriented and able to work in a fast paced environment ? Ability to work with little or no supervision ? Positive and able to work well in a team with excellent interpersonal skill
