It is4>职位描述: 请注意： 本职位工作地点位于东莞市麻涌镇大盛工业区润丰路（毗邻广州开发区西区青年路）,公司每天提供来往东莞、广州、番禺等地班车。 Principal accountabilities: 1.Run MRO(maintenance repair and overhaul) systems a)Control work of MRO data entry employees b)Solve system problems and support users c)train users d)Create and procedures e)Find out lost WO and follow-up with users f)Create/edit items (spare parts, fixed assets, work orders) g)Control all periodic WO h)Accurate and timely generation of system reports i)Create custom report and queries as per manager request 2.Spot check WO implementation 3.Support for spare part stock analysis and optimizations 4.System administration (create/edit items, user rights, categories...) 5.Supervise MRO data entry employee 6.Improve and current systems with IT or external supplier support 7.Implement new systems 8.Cooperate closely with spare part warehouse and purchasing to ensure smooth operation and spare parts available on time Requirements 1.Min. 3 years job experience in maintenance work or related work experience 2.Very good knowledge and experience in ERP system and CMMS systems 3.Advantage if have experience with Lawson M3 system or SAP 4.Knowledge in mechanical engineering and manufacturing 5.Experience with analysis and investigation 6.Advantage for experience with large scale factory alarm and control systems, power monitoring systems and similar 7.Engineer, B.S or above; advantage mechanical or electrical engineers 8.Language : English and Chinese, in written and verbally
