Duties:.Adhere to CS Documentation Team’s etiquette on phone manner, customer enquiries, handling complaints, problem solving and communication with both internal and external customers.
.Ensure all documentation processes be completed in FIS as per the company documentation guidelines and policies, included but not limited to timely and correct shipping instruction, timely , data quality and 24-hr rule compliance of CCAM and AMS/ACI/MX-SAT/ manifest (TP) or ENS (EU), monitoring reports and responses on CCAM and AMS/ACI/MX-SAT manifest submission (TP) or ENS(EU), 3rd party bill, data quality of consol shipments, elsewhere payment and bill distribution, TC flag, VPC cut-off compliance/restriction, B/L and invoice authorization, application on SWL/Telex Release, invoice deletion, etc.
.Responsible for customs manifest preparation and submission to trade Department with licenses and TtrS.
.Adhere to CS Documentation Key Performance Indicators.
.Assist the Supervisor on timely resolution on AMS/ACI hold/error issues (TP), coordinate with other loading ports on data amendment and resolution efficiently.
.Adhere to the code of conduct of a CS Documentation Coordinator.
.Adhere to effective team spirit and resolve miscommunication efficiently.
.Support the Customer Service Documentation Supervisor on identifying and resolving problems.
