Ensure all bookings be completed in FIS as per the company booking guidelines and policies, included but not limited to timely and correct rate retrieval, timely D&D advice to customers, timely vessel balancing, pre-assign Mtd number, VPC cut-off compliance/restriction, ACI/AMS manifest booking requirements, COD/COV, rework, e-booking, SOC, special cargoes, return shipment, unclear Customs clearance shipments at destination, etc Adhere to CS Key Performance Indicators. Ensure timely resolution on RA issues. Adhere to the stipulated CS code of conduct. Adhere to effective team spirit and resolve miscommunication efficiently. Support the Customer Service Booking Senior Coordinator on identifying and resolving problems.
