The Lloyds Register Group is an organisation that works to enhance safety and to approve assets and systems at sea,4>Job Deion Acts as a direct link with the Area Manager, Office Manager and the Technical Performance Group in terms of Quality related issues to support the locations effective Service Delivery at all times. Acts as a local point of contact in the office for Quality related matters Travel around the area to visit the various site offices to ensure the necessary quality requirements for marine operations are being complied with and to provide assistance where short falls in performance are identified. Co-ordinates and assists with the conduct of the Internal and External Audits (IACS, EMSA, BSI etc), including preparation and follow-up corrective action. Ensures that the requirements of the Group Management Procedures are met, with specific reference to the following areas: Surveyors Training Files and control of surveyors PPP Training & Development Plans Updating surveyors COA’s in HRIS , ensuring the surveyors have been issued current copies of their COA’s and ensuring the upgrade procedure is complied with. Control of Activity monitoring records and monitoring schedules Control of the periodic checks on Document Controls using appropriate checklists Control of the relevant Group Quality Objectives - SSU's etc and advising all concerned when targets are not achieved including PSC statistics and following up on any investigations to make sure they are delivered on time (30days) Central role in planning Management Reviews and taking minutes and ensuring any agreed actions are dealt with on time. Ensuring all office filing systems are run effectively Monitor operation of Cert-check data base oEnsuring any local quality controls are run effectively HSE - ensuring all required checks and controls are completed as required and reports completed including the maintenance of the PPE lists. Ensuring all reports required by the New Construction Project Management Procedures are completed as required and to provide assistance in setting up these systems in site offices and ensuring they are maintained effectively To liaise with the Technical Performance Group on all Quality issues Responsibly for the entries in GPD to chase up and see all actions are dealt with by their due date 职位要求: Reviews any local procedures/work instructions for effectiveness and accuracy Assessment of internal audit reports and audit findings along with follow up Supports office in identifying corrective/preventive action Monitoring of office performance related to quality, with particular attention paid to areas of focus for EMSA such as COA’s, training records, activity monitoring Feedback on quality related issues/problems to the area/country management Support of management reviews in co-operation with the area/country management Any other Quality related work as directed by the Technical Performance Group or Marine Operations Managers. Requirements Full understanding of LR’s business and operational requirements Experience and understanding of Management systems. Self starter/pro-active Accuracy Attention to detail Ability to work un-supervised Computer literate
