Bachelors degree (or higher), in Manufacturing Engineering or related subjects; 2. 10+ Years of Manufacturing Engineering experience with winches and deck machinery; 3. Proven knowledge of manufacturing technologies, particularly welding and surface treatments 4. Implementation of Quality Control standards and processes; 5. Lead the on-site team of Quality Controllers (Inspectors) 2. Follow-up the supplier’s production schedule, and ensure that QC resources are available to inspect products when required 3. Ensure that parts are manufactured and inspected against the correct revision of drawings 4. Review supplier’s manufacturing procedures to check conformance with company’s Manufacturing Specifications 5. Monitor the supplier’s adherence to contractual quality standards, processes, and commercial agreements 6. Monitor the correct implementation of manufacturing processes and equipment by the suppler 7. Ensure that the supplier maintains adequate production records, which form the MRB (Manufacturing Record Book) 8. Review and approve supplier certificates and inspection reports 9. Run the defect and concession process, ensuring that all defects are rectified by the supplier, and that all concessions are approved in accordance with the defined Concession Process 主要职责 1.领导现场质量检验小组； 2.跟进供应商的生产计划，以确保质检小组能按照需要及时进行产品检验； 3.确保配件按照正确的修订图纸进行生产及检验； 4.审查供应商的生产过程看是否符合公司的制造标准； 5.督促供应商严格遵守约定的质量标准、工艺流程以及商业协议； 6.督促供应商正确地实施制造工艺及设备； 7.确保供应商保留足够的生产记录，形成制造记录簿； 8.审核及审批供应商资质以及视察报告； 9.运行缺陷和特许程序，以保证所有不合格品都由供应商做出了校正，且特许是与既定的特许程序批准相一致。
