Mott MacDonald (Beijing) Ltd is WFOE of Mott MacDonald based in Beijing and has a branch in Shanghai. 应聘该职位 其它职位 更多招聘信息 岗位类别：电气主管/建造/工程师 工作地区：北京市 行业：年龄要求：18-45岁学历：本科招聘人数：1名工作经验：不限职位描述: Project Electrical Engineer Discipline: Electrical Engineering Location: Based in Beijing, but to relocate to sites time to time Job Purpose To undertake technical documentation work; to provide technical input to construction projects nationwide; Key Roles & Responsibilities - The post holder will be project engineer (or senior engineer, dependent on qualification), as part of the Consultant Project Management Team to ensure the project is completed within time, cost and quality. - Coordinate and resolve technical and construction issues with owner, specialist consultants / designer, Supervision Company and contractors with minimum supervision. - Review design drawings, relevant interface between various contracting parties, and related vendor drawings. - Participate in project procurement, including cost budgeting, pre-qualification and tendering process. - Review and monitor manpower schedule and projection, material & equipment delivery schedule submitted by contractors. - Prepares reports as requested by project manager and maintain proper records of project activities. - Assist project Quantity Surveyor to review and administer field change notices, additional and variation work orders and claims - Assist project Quantity Surveyor to audit contractor progress payment request regularly and final account. - Monitor the activities of contractors including installation of materials, equipment, etc. to ensure compliance with plans, drawings and specifications. Position Requirements: - Relevant academic background, bachelor’s degree or above; - At least 5 years relevant working experience; - Familiar with the national electrical related codes and its application; - Candidates with relevant qualifications preferred; - Good English ability is desirable; - Candidates with working experience with foreign companies or overseas preferred; - Good health and available for visits, postings or transfers nationwide; - Consistent high levels of service-orientation, initiative, reliability, flexibility and teamwork spirit; - Able to endure work pressure and willing to work overtime if required. Compensation: Basic salary + Compulsory social security + Supplemental medical Income tax and individual contribution to social insurance will be deducted at source and paid by MM (Beijing) Ltd to relevant authorities.
