For more than 35 years, Severn Trent De Nora (STDN) has been a leading provider of water disinfection systems using4>SUMMARY Reporting to the Technical Manager, the Process Engineer is responsible for providing the conceptual process design, development and implementation of Electrochlorination system, support multiple projects and resolve process design and hazop study issues. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Design and develop process calculations, process flow diagram, mass & process balance and P&ID Plant sizing using in-house proprietary program Responsible for the preparation, review and approval of drawings, function process write up, process & design calculation, process Data Sheet Represents the company for outside customer discussions, technical reviews and hazop study Provide engineering advice and support to engineers, Project Managers, and customer service personnel Understands and adheres to all company health and safety procedures as they relate to essential job functions. QUALIFICATIONS •Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Microsoft Project and AutoCad •Strong communication skills, both verbal and written •Ability to work independently with minimal supervision •Accurate and attentive to detail •Ability to assist and work well with others •Familiar with hazard area classification EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Bachelor in Engineering (Chemical or Environmental) with 5 years prior experience
