At least three years of direct experience in marine power/control system such as, IAS, power plant, etc.； 2. Strong analytical and problem solving skills, able to work independently and be self-motivated, but team spirit inside； 5. Can work flexible hours and willing to travel domestic or overseas both medium and short term； 6. Fluent English in both writing and speaking.
