Answer and connect phone call on an accurate, timely and professional manner3. Distribute incoming and outgoing mails4. Non material related item ordering and distribute in the following area- Taxi - Air ticket - Stationery- Drinking water- Gas- Business card and company voucher upon need5. Assist in liaison with external suppliers such as SODEX to provide good service on cleaning, security guard, canteen service6. Assistant in attendance management7.
