The BOA Group is4>职位描述: SUMMARY Customer Request of Quotation processing for flexible hoses, bellows and expansion joints including pre-design, costing, technical offer writing; Engineering study and technical processing of orders including project review, design, routines and bill material management in ERP (SAP); Industrialization follow-up and validation of new products up to the start of production; Technical support for Sales force; PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Customer Request of Quotation processing: - Product quotation carrying out - Technical & commercial offers writing with Sales responsibilities 2. Engineering study and technical processing of the industrial flexible hoses orders: - 2D & 3D CAD drawing - Bill of material, routines and process flow t 3. Industrialization follow-up and validation of new products: - Tooling design - Start of production follow-up - Production instruction setting up 4. Sales support: - During quotation processing, meetings with customers - During order processing, technical support at milestones 5. Improvement or streamlining studies: - ? Product – Process ? data sheet creation - Continual improvement project involvement KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS 1. Mechanical engineering with similar experience ( 5 years) in industrial hoses or pressure equipment regarding design & engineering, 2. IWE certification is a plus 3. Knowledge in metallurgical technology and stainless steel welding, 4. Software mastery: CAD 3D INVENTOR , AutoCAD, MS Office, 5. General knowledge at SAP R3 (MM/PP) 6. Foreign language mastery: English (priority #1) and German (priority #2). WORKING CONDITIONS Working conditions are normal for a manufacturing environment. Work may involve lifting of materials and product up to 30 pounds. Working in this environment requires the use of safety equipment to include but not limited to; eye safety glasses, hearing, protectors, work boots, and hardhats. Loose fitting clothes and jewelry are not permitted.
