Mission:- To provide professional admin support for sales and service team and customers to ensure aftermarket flow effectively and accurately.Job Deion:Provide sales/service admin support to service team and customers- To prepare and follow up parts-and-service quotations according to customer’s requirement.- To sort files like contracts, quotations, bidding documents, faxes and mails, etc.- To maintain customer database and information in the relevant systems, etc.- To book sales/service orders into BPCS system and follow up the order processing including order status monitoring, issue of pending order, order close, order invoice, etc.- To prepare monthly statistics report.Co-ordination with credit & logistic team- To help aftermarket sales team to communicate and coordinate with credit departments for account receivables in compliance with company credit policy.- To help credits department to issue invoice to customers.- To co-ordinate with the warehouse for delivery of parts.- Liaise with other offices and service administrators to co-ordinate intra-region administrations.- Has the responsibility to continuously assess the SHEQ aspects of our operations, processes and service.Job Requirement:- College degree or above, majored in business management or equivalent.- More than 2 years experiences in sales/service admin support role in a customer orientated business environment. - Good English in both spoken and written.- Good computer skills including Microsoft skills, Lotus Notes and ERP system.- Excellent communication skills, team spirit and customer orientated attitude.
