DAVCO is the North American leader in Class 8 heavy duty diesel powered truck fuel-heater/water separators and filter systems. In addition to our popular Fuel Pro? line, DAVCO also produces the Diesel Pro? for medium trucks, Sea Pro? for marine applications, Industrial Pro? models for off-road applications and a line of industrial automatic oil replenishment systems, with regulators, slow flow meters, and fluid level switches. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : - Uses measuring instruments to inspect parts, products and/or processes and ensure conformance with standards, at receiving, in process or as directed. - Inspects product to determine compliance with order specifications, companys quality control system for compliance, and shipping and packing facilities for conformity to specified standards. - Stamps mark of approval or rejection on product and writes report of examinations. - Responsible for gauge control activities including responsibility to ensure outside gauges are properly scheduled, packaged, and submitted. - Performs analysis of RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) material. QUALIFICATIONS: -To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: -Basic blueprint reading -Knowledge of DAVCO product -Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) -Knowledge of basic gages -Knowledge of ISO/TS specifications LANGUAGE SKILLS: -Mandarin / English / Korean MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: -Basic Math CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGIStrATIONS: -Prefer Certified Quality Technician PHYSICAL DEMANDS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; sit; and use hands to finger, handle, or feel.
