Receive visitors and verify visitors’ identity 接待访客,核实访客身份 2. Answer and forward phone call 总机电话接听和转接 3. Book air tickets and hotels 员工差旅机票、酒店预定 4. Purchase office supplies (stationery, pantry supplies, and cleaning supplies, etc.) 采购办公用品、餐厅消耗品、清洁用品等 5. Printing/scanning/binding/mailing 文件打印、扫描、装订、快递 6.
