JAS is4>职位描述: 职位描述： - 主要负责进口货物的操作， 及部分出口的文件及操作。 - 联系客户,海外公司及船公司，及时处理相关文件。 - 按客户要求安排报关及拖车。 - 按不同客人的SOP，完成相关的report及操作。 - 完成分配的任务，定期汇报操作的进度给上级. 要求： - 大学本科学历以上，主修进出口贸易，航海专业，或贸易英语。 - 2年货运公司操作经验。有全球货运公司及进口操作的工作经验，优先考虑。 - 良好的英文书写表达及理解能力。 - 与客户及船公司良好的沟通能力。 - 熟悉运用电脑及office软件。 - 能承受工作压力 - 良好个性，适合团队合作。 Operation clerk (ref : OE/OI) Job deion: - Mainly handle inbound shipment operation. Liaise with customer, carrier and overseas to on all inbound matters and Ensure timely dispatch of shipping documents and information - Processes shipment as per respective customer SOP as well as reporting - Process ocean operation procedures according to standard operation procedure including booking, clearance, trucking, track & tracing, and documentation data input . - Completing all assigned duties and tasks and operation process to team leader regularly Request; - College graduate, major in I/E export trade , navigation course, or trade English course. - Abv 2 years operation experience in shipping industry, experience in global forwarding company and inbound operation is preferable. - Good English skills both in oral and written. - Good communication skills and relationships with ocean importers and exporters. - Good computer skills with excel, word, power point, outlook etc. - willing to work under pressure - Good personality and team player.
