The role requires close cooperation with Technical Sales Managers, Sales Support, Customer Services and Credit.Formal authoritiesHas the authority to act within this Functional Deion, agreed budgets and within the WSS t of Authority as outlined in the company’s Global Integrated Management System (GIMS).Main responsibilities· Drive profitable sales growth on current and new customers within your portfolio· Develop robust and measurable Sales Activity Plans, and action assertively to deliver on the agreed targets · Build the sales pipeline to hit the targets as specified based on quality opportunities on existing accounts (share of wallet) and new business· Proactively utilize the available sales tools to relentlessly identify areas of growth and facilitate respective actions within portfolio· Foster strong relationships with the customers through high quality and frequent customer face to face meetings.· Work closely, align with (building team spirit) with and hand-over to internal stakeholders such as CS, TSMs, PSEs and the Technical Solutions team to drive growth and process compliance· Seek out, develop and maintain multilevel entry points and relationships with own accounts· Secure full compliance with WSS sales governance and risk management for own portfolio· Ensure accurate and d information on own accounts in WSS CRM· Ensure customer portfolio adhere to all terms, including credit, and that the deal generate optimal return through proactive contract management· Ensure close collaboration with the Credit team, monitoring and taking corrective actions when neededAccountabilitiesKey KPI’s - this position will be measured against:· Account sales growth· Account profitability· Sales product group peration· Customer face time (sales calls)· Opportunity creation, progression and conversion· Compliance with WSS Sales Governance.· Minimise outstanding receivables and DSO (days sales outstanding) and manage credit riskQualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent marine qualification preferred. Lack of formal education can be compensated by relevant experience.Preferably international sales experience in technical salesSailing or other maritime engineering experience is preferredResults oriented and with demonstrated achievements in salesExperience negotiating with customersProven track record of establishing and maintaining relationships with customersAbility to work independently by planning and organizing own workAmbitious and a strong desire for success with a commercial mindset Able to meet deadlines through good time management and allocation of prioritiesIT literate/digital savviness, with experience working with excel, MS office, CRM systems etc.Highly structuredProven communication skills and a good command of the English language (verbal and written)Good time management &ampamp allocation of prioritiesAbility to change and drive changeCuriosity, learnability, adaptability and determination
