RESPONSIBILITIES &ampamp SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES-- Accept booking clients and release orders.-- Check the blading details with clients and make sure SS data correct.-- Check tally report after vessel departure.-- Input freight rate in SS.-- Issue original B/L or arrange telex release upon receipt of the payment.-- Issue correction notice of freight and doc.-- SSE rate filing for each vsl.-- Check Penavico invoice.-- Good handling of daily customer inquiries and provide solution-- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.KEY POSITION REQUIREMENTSEducation-- College degree or above (Full time education)-- Preferred to be major in English or Logistic ManagementJob Experience--3 years of experience in logistic companies-- Operate Russia service as priorityKnowledge and Skills-- English level: CET 4-- Familiar with Microsoft Office including Words, Excel, PPT etc.Desirable Job Competencies-- Known about containers operation process-- Known about Russia railway transportation process as priority-- Fluency written English-- Good communication with team members/clients.Additional Requirements (travel, etc.)-- Teamwork spirit.
