职位Position： 空运操作(客服)Air Freight Operation(Customer service)职责Job responsibilities:1. 按照要求完成日常操作工作 Daily Operation of all air freight shipments /to China2. 对接本地客户，按照客户的业务需求，按照相关流程制度开展工作 in contact with local customers, fulfill customers' demand according to SOP3. 对接供应商，敦促其按照要求完成相关工作 In contact with the subcontractor, ensure all services are provided as requested4. 对接公司内部其他团队，完成流程制度中指定的相关工作 Co-operate with other departments internally, so as to proceed cross functional tasks5. 制作业务文档并按制度进行管理 Issue and file related shipping documents according to SOP6. 必要时支援团队的其他工作 Support other team and members when necessary要求Requirements:1. 大专毕业及以上 Colleage graduates or above2. 两年以上货运工作经验（欢迎应届毕业生） At least two years' experience on customer service role in freight forwarders（Fresh Graduates are also welcome）3. 英语流利，能独立用英语完成日常工作交流 Fluent in English and able to communicate in English independently4. 具备团队合作精神 Team play spirit5. 性格开朗，善于通过沟通交流来解决问题 Happy personality, good at solving problems through communication6. 有上进心，能自我激励 Be ambitious and self-motivated
