职责描述：
＞Ensure technical and operational adherence to CMA CGM IT policies, standards, and procedures.
＞Plan and oversee timely actions on IT infrastructure activities and implementation of infrastructure projects
＞Develop detailed IT infrastructure projects workplans including milestones, risk and mitigations, communication and escalations, etc.
＞Resolve infrastructure problems throughout investigation, analysis, resolution, and reporting activities.
Immediacy in finding root causes and come up with emergency action plans to ensure fastest resolution to minimize losses and impacts
＞Execute security controls, defenses, and countermeasures to intercept and prevent internal or external attacks or attempts to data and systems
＞Interact with other IT team members, to ensure infrastructure standards and security controls well understood and precisely executed
＞Lead and acquire China cyber security law (CSL) certifications and deploy required security upgrades to meet CSL standards.
＞Support or manage IT compliance and internal &amp external audit activities
＞Setup and manage IDC running at primary and secondary sites
＞Design Disaster Recovery Plan and lead drill exercise

2Strong ownership, accountability, and excellent team player
3Must have solid technical knowledge regarding server storage, group policy, AD, SD-Wan, infrastructure architecture, server logging, firewall and familiar with mainstream infrastructure solutions such as Zscaler, Citrix, etc.
4Must have workable written and spoken English skills
5Must have bachelor’s degree of IT centric or related majors
6Must have minimum of 6 years of experience in IT infrastructure areas with proven experience in managing complex architectural design and delivery
7Must have solid knowledge in work security and data security
8Must have strong experience in root cause analysis of IT infrastructure events/breaches and performing incident response, investigation, analysis, forensics, resolution, and reporting
9Must have up-to-date knowledge of China cyber security law with proven experience of CSL certification for all three certification levels
10Desired to have IT profession certifications, like CISSP, Prince2, CISA Cisco CCNA, CCNP, etc.
