职责描述：The position is responsible for trade activities. Working and coordinating with multiple teams to handle the customer requests and provide solutions.Key Responsibilities： Centralized Customer Service• To manage equipment release process and various logistics issue.• To follow up export idle full container.• To ensure JL matches with system and keep booking party notified about roll over if any.• To handle exceptions/ customer requests/ issues / complaints/ disputes and provide appropriate solutions/ alternative• Coordinate with related internal teams and follow up to ensure resolution. News and information sharing.• To prepare and share shipping schedule on weekly basis, general notice for relevant lines.• To inform customers about the vessel service change, special events those may affect on customer’s original business plan.• To actively introduce new policies, services and tools to customers, in order to reduce the difficulties and efforts customers in working with the company. Dedicated contact window.• To be dedicated contact window for assigned accounts. Help them to resolve the difficulties and issues during the cooperation with the company.• Maintain, develop and manage close working relationship with customer. Ensure that customer needs are continuously evaluated and match current service level.任职要求：1. Bachelor degree with relevant major.2. 3-5 years related working experience in Shipping/Logistics industry, key account or customer service preferred.3. Good communication skills.4. Good English in both spoken and written5. Strong sense of responsibility and team work spirit, be customer centricity.6. Good use Microsoft office software.
