工作职责 Responsibility：1. 负责铝合金船项目的跟进，与挪威派驻工程师、物流、船厂、供应商及客户保持顺畅密切沟通，确保达到项目目标并保证客户满意度Be responsible for aluminum boat projects following. Keep close and efficient communication with Norway Engineer, logistics, shipyards, suppliers &ampamp customers, ensure to achieve the goals of the projects and customers satisfaction.2. 负责船只制造全过程的监控与管理，加强制造过程检验，及时发现品质问题，并与挪威派驻工程师及时沟通解决Be responsible for the whole process of boats building and overall management. Strengthen the shipbuilding process inspection, to detect quality problems and timely communicate with Norway Engineer to solve the problems.3. 与挪威派驻工程师一起建立质量系统文件，包括质量计划，检验标准与试航大纲等Establish the quality system files with Norway engineers, including quality plan, inspection standard &ampamp sea trials outline.4. 监控生产进度，并推动船厂按照生产计划完成项目。Monitor the production process, and push shipyard to finish projects according to production plan.5. 公司交代的其它相关工作。Other related tasks assigned by top management.任职资格 Qualification：1. 教育水平 Education level：本科或以上/ Bachelor degree or above2. 专业 Major：船舶工程类相关专业，船舶电气工程与自动化优先Ship Engineer related major , Electrical engineering and automation preferred3. 经验 Experience：8年以上船舶行业相关工作经验，5年以上相关岗位工作经验，有船东或大型企业工作经验优先考虑At least 8 years working experience in ship industry, 5 years or above in similar position. Experience in a multinational company or ship owner preferred4. 技能知识 Skill：1). 英语听说读写流利. Good English in speaking and writing2). 熟悉船舶工艺及验船标准 Familiar with boat building techniques and inspection standard.3). 熟悉船舶制图软件，熟悉船舶图纸Familiar with CAD related boat drawing software, familiar with boat drawing.4). 熟悉办公室软件及电脑操作. Good computer skills and familiar with Microsoft Office application.5. 个人素质 Personal diathesis：1). 注意细节，责任心强 Strong sense of responsibility and detail-oriented2). 优秀的沟通技巧，积极，富团队合作精神 Team worker, active, strong communication skills3). 热爱学习.
