Key Responsibilities :All key responsibilities of a cargo operator:&ampamp#8226; Supervise execution of standard cargo processes performed at Global Service Centre for assigned vessel callso Backup SCEM tasks/maintain learning log&ampamp#8226; Facilitate and optimize cargo flow o Preplan transhipment/Clear long standings/Tight connection&ampamp#8226; Monitor Cargo operation progress during vessel bertho Monitor TOMS&ampamp#8226; Execute cargo contingency plano Cut &ampamp run/Omission/Phase in &ampamp out/Slide &ampamp tandem plan/Swap/Act per contingency checklist &ampamp#8226; Handle cargo related exceptional requests per SOP and authority matrix.o Rolling/Call back/Load list (last mi-nute)/COV/COD/hold/Ad-hoc deadline setting/Code regis-ter/Mal-functional reefer/DG segregation/Cargo leakage/Early gate in/Late gate in/other exceptions&ampamp#8226; Verify exceptional handling cost quotation and confirm expense under SOP and authority matrix&ampamp#8226; Feedback enquiries and share cargo execution relevant information to commercial desks &ampamp#8226; Coordinate vessel stowage planning and cargo operation on VSA partners vessels&ampamp#8226; Exercise cost leadership and implement process improvement o Implement cost saving/automation project / Maintain cost saving log as well as PONC log&ampamp#8226; Implement FOE standard work and promote public information sharing platformo Stand-up VMS /Late gate &ampamp COV application mainte-nance / Maintenance of load list on portal &ampamp#8226; Attend dynamic operations duty in case business requires&ampamp#8226; Act on other tasks assigned by cargo execution managerRequirements for the position:&ampamp#8226; Value of integrity and uprightness &ampamp#8226; Accountability, proactive attitude and constant care &ampamp#8226; Open minded to standardization, process improvement and cost saving&ampamp#8226; Stakeholder interaction skills &ampamp#8226; Familiarization with SCEM process&ampamp#8226; Command of operation systems
