职位描述:Discipline: 学科：Electric related disciplines电气相关专业Location地点:Based in Shanghai 上海Position Deion:1、 负责强弱电、智能化、垂直运输系统的设计、图纸审核、编制招投标文件以及施工管理；Responsible for building electrical design including ELV, vertical transportation design, construction drawing review, bidding and construction management2、 负责机电工程项目协调和管理；Responsible for internal project coordination and management3. 和发展商、其他专业顾问、设计单位及承建单位进行协调； coordinate with developers, other professional consultants, design institutes and contractors.4. 和业主建立保持良好关系Establish and maintain good relationship with clients Position Requirements:1. Around 7 years　of　experience　in　building　electrical　design and project management7年以上楼宇电气设计以及项目协调和管理相关工作经验；2. Good knowledge of the consulting role. Two　years　and　above　experience in a foreign consultant company preferred;了解工程咨询顾问的角色和工作内容。有2年以上外国顾问/咨询公司工作经验者优先；3. Familiar with the national electrical related codes and its application熟悉国内建筑电气规范标准及其应用4. Relevant academic background, bachelor’s degree or above; Candidates with relevant certification preferred;电气相关专业大学本科或以上学历； 具备注册电气工程师职业资格者优先；5. Consistent high levels of dedication and teamwork spirit; 具有团队合作精神、敬业精神；6.
