职位描述:Job Deion:职能描述1,Establish and manage air/sea operation team to meet clients requirement for the data processing tasks应对客户要求， 带领和管理空海运单据操作组。2,Participate in the implementation process of current and new customers。 Meet the data processing stadard of client.积极参与到对当前客户和潜在客户的维护和开发. 满足客户对于数据处理的要求3,Guarantee the effiency, accurancy and quality of the data processed.保证数据输入的效率， 准确性和质量。4. Get involved in the daily management of the teams for various clients.Keep a steady growth of the busiess as well as staff积极参与到面对不同客户的部门管理中， 保持部门业务和部门人员的稳定增长。To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.1 3 years related working experience in logistics, has worked as the team leader in the team no less than 6 people.2, Strong ability of self-control and team-management, target-orientation.3,notice about the detail and keep the motive of develop and maintainance4,Obtain the sense of management and has o barrior in sharing the ideas with the higher management.5,Strong verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English.6,Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing task and demands.Language Skills:1,English is the principal language.
