职责描述：1、负责完善本专业工作流程，文件质量控制；负责本专业员工的培训，以及标准化，体系化等技术储备积累工作；负责带领本专业开展科研工作，解决生产和技术上重大疑难问题；负责潜在/在建项目中机械/暖通/安全三个专业的加工设计和相关技术支持工作。Responsible for the professional work flow, document quality control；Responsible for the training of the professional staff, as well as the accumulation of standardization, systematization and other technical reserves ；responsible for leading the scientific research work of the discipline and solving major production and technical problems ；responsible for the shop design and related technical support of machinery/HVAC/safety in construction or potential projects.2、负责潜在/在建项目中机械/暖通/安全三个专业的加工设计。Be responsible for the shop design of machinery / HVAC / safety in construction or potential projects.3、负责机械/暖通/安全相关技术问题跟踪及现场技术服务。Be responsible for machinery / HVAC / safety related technical issues tracking and on-site technical services.4、协助本专业相关施工分包/设备验货/保护/材料清关等技术支持工作。Give assistance to construction subcontracting/equipment inspection/protection/ material clearance and other technical support of the discipline.5、负责总结机械/暖通/安全相关建造工艺技术，收集国内外相关技术发展状态。Summarize machinery / HVAC / safety related construction technology and collect the development status of relevant domestic and foreign technology.6、负责在建/潜在项目中机械/暖通/安全的相关工作范围，工作量，技术要求，变更等梳理跟踪。Be responsible for sorting and tracking the scope of work, workload, technical requirements, changes, etc. related to machinery / HVAC / safety in construction / potential projects.7、负责本专业工作流程与文件质量控制。Be responsible for the professional work flow, document quality control.8、负责本专业员工的培训，标准化，体系化等技术储备积累工作。Be responsible for the training of the professional staff, as well as the accumulation of standardization, systematization and other technical reserves.9、负责带领本专业开展科研工作，解决生产和技术上重大疑难问题。Be responsible for leading the scientific research work of the discipline and solving major production and technical problems.10、专业室领导交代的其他事情。Other things assigned by the office leader.任职要求：1、大学本科Bachelor degree 2、程装备与控制工程,建筑环境与能源应用工程,机械或其他相关专业。Process equipment and control engineering，building environment and energy application engineering , machinery or other related disciplines.3、化工设备与机械；Chemical equipment and machinery；4、制冷与空调技术；Refrigeration and air conditioning technology；5、采暖与通风。Heating and ventilation. 6、熟悉石油和化工的机械设备、自动化及相关知识；Familiar with mechanical equipment, automation and related knowledge of petroleum and chemical industry；7、熟悉机械相关标准和加工设计流程。Familiar with the Machinery standard and shop design process8、熟悉暖通相关标准，预制、安装工艺和加工设计流程。参与过两个或两个以上涉外项目的暖通加工设计设计工作。Familiar with the HVAC standard, prefabrication and installatioin process and HVAC shop design process. Participated in HVAC shop design of two or more foreign related projects.9、9、5年以上海洋/模块化项目加工设计工作经验5+ years offshore or modularization engineering shop design experience10、能够带领团队完成项目暖通/机械专业加工设计任务。Be able to lead the team to complete the processing design tasks of HVAC/ Machinery. 能11、够带领团队完成暖通详细设计任务Able to lead the team to complete HVAC detailed design work.12、具备一定的设备选型设计经验及资源Have certain experience and resources in equipment ion design.
