工作职责：工作摘要：协助舾装部安全负责人做好职业健康、危险化学品、消防、脚手架特种作业、设施设备以及现场施工的安全管理工作Assist the safety person in ge of the Outfitting Department in doing the safety management of occupational health, hazardous chemicals, fire fighting, scaffolding special operation, facilities and equipment and on-site construction1 组织贯彻执行安全生产、职业卫生和环境保护方针、政策、法律、法规和标准。Organize the implementation of policies, policies, laws, regulations and standards for production safety, occupational health and environmental protection.2 参与部门危险源和环境因素辨识，对部门所属危险源进行动态管控。Participate in the identification of hazard sources and environmental factors of the department, and dynamically control the hazard sources of the department3 参与制定部门安全管理策划、安全管理制度、操作规程和应急救援预案，并督促落实。Participate in the formulation of department safety management planning, safety management system, operating procedures and emergency rescue plans, and urge the implementation4 组织实施部门安全生产标准化工作，监督安全生产投入有效落实。Organize and implement the standardization of work safety by the departments, and supervise the effective implementation of the investment in production safety5 组织部门日常安全教育，督促班组开展安全活动，做好新员工、违规员工的培训工作。Organize daily safety education of departments, urge the team to carry out safety activities, and do a good job in training new employees and illegal employees6 开展部门日常安全检查、专项检查，并负责做好检查记录。Carry out daily safety inspection and special inspection of departments, and be responsible for making inspection records7 对高风险作业进行旁站式监督，及时制止违章操作，遇有严重险情，有权停止生产工作，并上报领导。Conduct side-station supervision of high-risk operation, stop illegal operation in time, in case of serious danger, have the right to stop the production work, and report to the leadership.8 对车间设备进行日常巡查，并报告异常情况，对影响安全的设备及时上报设备管理人员，跟踪维护和维修状态。Conduct daily inspection of the workshop equipment, report abnormal conditions, timely report to the equipment management personnel of the equipment affecting safety, and track the maintenance and maintenance status.9 参与车间安全早会，推广安全优秀经验和分享事故教训，增强员工安全意识。Participate in the workshop safety morning meeting, promote excellent safety experience and share accident lessons, and enhance staff safety awareness10 完成上级领导交办的其他事项。Complete other matters assigned by the superior leaders岗位要求：1、本科或以上学历Bachelor degree or above 2、涂装施工安全管理知识；脚手架施工安全管理知识；职业健康安全管理知识；危险化学品、危险废物安全管理知识等Professional safety management knowledge of painting; professional safety management knowledge of scaffolding; occupational health and safety management knowledge; hazardous chemicals and hazardous waste safety management knowledge, etc3、3年及以上相关安全管理工作经验At least 3 year safety management experience in related projects4、实施运作能力、冲突协调能力、语言表达能力Good at execution, coordination, expression and reporting
