工作职责：As a bridge between front-line construction team and design team, deliver relevant technical requirements to construction team, handle and solve construction technical problems, and complete the preparation and tracking of construction method, construction process, technical queries, information sheets, change orders and other documents.作为一线施工和设计之间的桥梁，宣贯相关技术要求，处理解决生产技术问题，并完成施工工法、施工流程、技术疑问单、信息单、变更单等文件的编制和跟踪。1 Familiar with the project’s mechanical and equipment technology requirements, promote the relevant requirements to front-line employees, as well as training them.熟悉项目机械设备技术需求，并对一线员工宣贯相关要求，做好相关培训。2 Delivery, Clarification, Interpretation, kick-off of technical documents, etc.技术文件的传达、澄清、解释、交底等。3 Track, record and solve technical problems in the workshop.跟踪、记录、解决车间技术问题。4 Sort, optimize and improve the departmental mechanical and equipment installation&ampconstruction process and construction method to improve the department's construction efficiency.整理、优化、改进部门机械设备安装施工流程和施工工法，提升部门施工工效5 Technological transformation, cost reduction and efficiency increase, digital transformation and other related work技改技革、降本增效、数字化转型等相关工作。6 Preparation and tracking of technical queries, information sheets, change orders and other documents.技术疑问单、信息单、变更单等文件的编制和跟踪。7 Complete the temporary work arranged by leader. 完成领导交办的其它工作。岗位要求：1. College degree or above专科及以上学历2. Mechanical engineering or related major机械工程等相关专业。3. Familiar with national, industry and company laws, regulations and management system and the production process, familiar with the business knowledge.熟悉国家、行业及公司的法律法规和管理制度及生产流程，熟悉本岗位业务知识。4. Familiar with Navis works, CAD, Trimble 熟练掌握Navis works, CAD，Trimble等软件5. More than two years of experience in mechanical&ampequipment design or installation construction.具有两年以上机械设备设计或现场施工经验。
