Responsibilities:1.Ensure that the daily service requirements of all customers are met in a timely manner.2.Communicate job progress and discuss job problems with customers.3.Coordinate depot internal logistics to maintain continuity on all work being performed.4.Review all service work, both in progress and when completed, and authorize for invoicing.5.Ensure that all daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly depot processes are followed including: timely completion of service work, service and parts pricing, time keeping, time transfers, inventory control, customer invoicing, accounts payable, expense reports, and general record keeping. 6.Assist in annual physical inventory.7.Review Depot stock and kits required to properly support products serviced and make recommendations on any new parts to stock.8.Dispatch MSEs to job site as necessary.9.Assist in the promotion of service to local customers.10.Assist Sales Department with customer sales support and demos.11.Assist in facility management.Candidate Qualifications:1.General Education: High school diploma required. 2.Vocational Associates degree in electronics3.On-the-job training is provided; company will also send employee to applicable schools.4.Experience Minimum of 5 years ' experience servicing and supporting similar equipment
