Responsible for preparing the ordering list of materials and equipment , and responsible for the technical negotiation and signing of technical agreements in the procurement process of equipment and materials ,so as to meet the equipment requirements of design work. 负责准备订货设备与材料清单，负责技术协议谈判，保证采购设备满足设计要求。3. Responsible for the overall design of the company's contracted projects to solve the technical problems within the professional scope. 负责承接项目的总体设计和，解决重大技术问题。4. Responsible for the preparation of relevant equipment and system inspection and test outline, and cooperate with on-site inspection. 负责相关系统设备进货检验和调试程序。5. Responsible for consulting and technical services and technical evaluation for work. 负责对技术服务和问题的评估。6. The approval right of drawings and technical documents within the prescribed scope.对设计图纸和技术文件进行审核。7. Responsible for design system drawing and documents负责相关图纸合同文件的编制。
