Requirement：- Degree or equivalent in Statistics, Computer Science /Information Technology, Business Administration or Logistics related fields. - 5-year experience in business requirement &ampamp data analysis, data modeling, technical writing and able to translate requirements into functional specifications. - Good communication skill in English &ampamp Chinese, can communicate effectively with team members, management, and customers.- Business detail focused, organized, responsible and able to work under pressure. - Customer service oriented, strong in customer dealing and support.- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.- Working experience in logistics and freight forwarding preferred.- Familiar with Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) and Unified Modeling Language (UML) is a plus!Responsibilities：- Perform competing products survey and market research. - Work as a liaison between stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, communicate and validate requirements of changes to business operations, policies and information. - Analyze business problems and opportunities in the context of requirements and makes recommendations for modification/enhancement to information systems and business procedures. - Assist development, testing, database administration, and helpdesk teams in understanding requirement specification. - Assist users to ensure requirements are implemented and met during User Acceptance Test (UAT).- Provide business analysis training to co-workers, clients and customers. - Provide guidance in creating test cases, manuals and analysis documentations.
