Responsibilities:1.Responsible for the project coordination , administration and management for their assigned projects. This includes ensuring all project related documentation, planning and liasion with other departments is accomplished in a timely and proffessional manner and in keeping with company policies and rules;2.Responsible for all purchasing of project specific items for their projects.3.Ensure all materials / equipment are ordered in a timely manner to meet production requirements;4.Ensure correct categories / boat numbers are used in all purchases;Ensure that all purchasing documentation and records are maintained and upto date;5.Ensure that all materials stock are assigned to the correct job # and Catergories including the correct boat numbers;6.Ensure all time-sheets are checked and signed the following working day;7.Ensure all project correspondence and documentation is filed in the correct job folders;8.Ensure that drawings received are forward to the design office, plotted for review;9.Ensure that the design office file all project drawings in the correct folder and that the project drawing register is d as drawing status is changed or when new drawings are received, both internal and external (contractor) drawings;10.Supervise and coordinate the design requirements and works undertaken for your project;11.Ensure that all project QC documentation and procedures are adhered to, including the sign-off of laminate records, class specific documents and any other project specific regulatory inspection / measuring records;12.All correspondence with client / owners representative shall be copied to supervisors;13.All conversations with clients / owner representatives, either via phone or in person shall be recorded in an e-mail with a summary minutes of the conversation;14.Minutes of all meetings shall be typed by the PC and sent to all present, with ACTIONS noted.
