岗位职责Job Responsibility:通过推行精益项目，持续改善公司的运营状况，帮助公司获得更高的产品质量、更完善的工作环境、同时以较之竞争对手更低的成本达到更高的客户满意度。Through leading the LEAN project to support to achieve a better operations performance with higher customer satisfaction by means of higher product quality, better working environment while lower cost than competitors.- 工作流的标准化及可视化Standardize workflow and visualization- 车间现场5S管理5S improvement in the whole workshop;- 协助部门经理的相关工作Support department manager for daily works;任职资格Qualification:1)大学本科学历，理工科专业；B.S. Degree in engineering or other technical field;2)3年以上精益/六西格玛项目实施经验优先；3+ years progressive experience in Lean / Six Sigma deployment is preferred;Six Sigma Green / Black Belt Certificated by a third party is preferred;3)能够根据工作需要，熟练运用电脑完成诸如必要的绘图、数据分析、统计和PPT报告等工作；Good computer skill for layout drawings,data analysis and reportings;4)优秀的英语技能，良好的团队协作能力和沟通能力；Good English, good team work and communication skill;5)深刻理解精益理念和六西格玛，能以此开展工作，并能影响到他人；有带领团队完成工作的能力；Have demonstrated the ability to use Lean principle; lead team; use Lean/Six Sigma tools and influence others positively;6)能够为组织根据工作需要作精益培训；Have demonstrated the ability on Lean training;7)愿意承担较大的压力；有管理经验或较高的管理潜能，为组织带来变革的能力；Willing to burden high pressure;Management experiences or with high potential;Demonstrate the ability to lead change;
