1.Commuication with internal clients(Business units) in order to prepare detailed specification of solution for given business requirement2.Precise clarification what actions the solution is intended to perform(requirements,functions,user roles, inputs/outputs,etc.)3.Develop independently or participate in projects to achieve business goal4.Mainly responsible for developing and maintaining Web/desektop application to support internal OA process or core production system5.Observing,testing,diagnosing and resolving faults in the software6.Execute unified software development process and raise proposals for improvement.Qualification and experience:1.Bachelors degree or above in Computer Science or related field;2.plus 3 years of experience required3.Senior level experience with ASP., C#,Javript4.Develpoment of the database persistence layer including stored procedures,views,functions etc5.Experiences on the development of relational database(SQL Server is preferred), includes stored procedures,views,functions,etc6.Participate in system development including the analysis,desige,testing and implementation7.Knowledge of Web Server and SQL Server and SQL server configuration
