职位描述:MAJOR JOB DUTIES :1. Lead and Manage the Administrational Team and motivate team members in a proper way 领导和管理行政部并对下属进行有效激励。2. Setting-up and execution of company strategies and regulations related to administration function. 建立并执行与行政相关的公司政策和规则。3. Setting-up and monitoring the execution of Administration process.建立并监督执行与行政相关的流程。4. Monitor daily jobs on Safety, Facility, IT and Administration service and take prevention or correction actions to ensure operation efficiency监控安全、厂房、IT、行政服务等日常工作的进展并采取有效预防或纠正措施以保障组织运作高效。5. Acting as contact bridge between the company for Company affairs related to Safety, Security, Landlord and Administrational Businesses (Governmental, Safety and Security Affairs, Legal Consultant) 担任公司与相关政府、物业及其他商业伙伴的沟通桥梁。6. Plan and organize companywide activity/event 策划和组织公司活动。7. Act as English translator for meetings and other business documents if necessary. 有必要时，需对公司的一些法律或合同文书进行英语翻译。8. Provide Administrative support to Managing Director if necessary. 有必要时对管理层提供行政支持。9. Carry out ad hoc assignments by the supervisor。处理上级安排的其他工作。COMPETENCE REQUIREMENT1. English major background or with good coordination skills in English listen、talk、read ability英语相关专业背景或具备良好的英语听说读能力2. With skillful English ability in official English documents writing. 英语公文写作能力强2. 3-5 years practice experience in both Administrational Management Fields and experience in administration risk handling. 3-5年行政管理工作并对行政突发事故进行过处理。4. Experience in team member management and motivation. 在下属管理和激励方面有相关经验。5. Good communication and Presentation skills良好沟通和演讲能力6. Proficient in Office operation(Excel, Word, PPT) 熟练应用Office 软件（Excel，word，PPT）7. ERP skill is a plus有ERP使用经验8. Good ethics 职业道德素质高9. cost control sense 成本控制意识10. Service sense服务意识11. Multiple tasks handling and responsible 多任务处理能力且责任心强12. Self-motivated 能自我激励
