职位描述:If you are interested, pls send your resume to MegL@viessmann.comThe Retail Marketing Assistant actively supports the Retail Marketing Manager with the further development of the Showroom Program and actively supports the marketing department in all organisational and communicative tasks.Responsibilities:1、 Exhibitions and events: Actively supports the showroom set up process as well as the organisation of exhibitions and customer events2、Assistant tasks: Responsible for reviewing the email-account info@viessmann.cn and forwarding enquiries to the relevant contact person, translation work (German- Chinese), carrying out and following up meeting minutes3、Print Media: Responsible for the continuous of our companies business cards, brochures, flyer and other printed business material4、Maintaining contact to external service providersRequirements:1、Graduate degree: Bachelor, preferable in marketing2、Professional work experience, at least 2-3 years in marketing3、Logical and analytical skills4、Very good communication skills5、Customer orientation6、Able to work under pressure7、Language skills: Chinese native speaker, German8、IT skills: Very good MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), work experience with CRM and Content management systems are beneficial
