职位描述:Job Duties- Utilize logistic/supply chain knowledge and tools to analyze MATSON’s CLX service value- Understand how valuable Matson service is in the context of logistics solution design for the trans Pacific trade- Proactively introduce Matson service to potential customers in target commodities, industries, and territories- Take advantage of Matson service value to improve and optimize customers existing supply chain solutions to reduce cost, for example, working with customers to consider transportation mode shift air to ocean- Explore new customers base/business opportunities matching Matson service value- Develop sales material, including customers/marketing analysis, presentations, cases studies for customer meeting and to be shared with colleaguesEducation· Bachelor degree or above in Business Administration, Economics, Logistics, or Science/Engineering required· Proficiency in English required.Requirements· In-depth knowledge of logistics, supply chain and transportation industry· Good communicator verbally and in writing, willing to take initiatives and responsibility· Highly motivated, creative and proactive, and strong problem solver· Independent starter, and able to grow and take advantage of strong industry work· 2-3 years relevant logistics and supply chain industry experience in sales and business development, working experience in international trade industries such as fast fashion/wearing apparels, fast consuming electronic products is preferable
